Fat: 38.82g | Prot: 105.27g | Carb: 166.85g.   Breakfast: Egg, egg beaters all natural egg whites, GNC cold milled flax seed, kraft 2% singles, pepperidge farm whole grain bread. Lunch:  chicken breast, cape cod kettle cooked reduced fat potato chips, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Dinner:  chicken breast, green beans, Honey, low sodium soy sauce, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), goldfish crackers, pinot grigio wine.
