Lunch: chicken breast, cape cod kettle cooked reduced fat potato chips, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Dinner: chicken breast, green beans, Honey, low sodium soy sauce, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), goldfish crackers, pinot grigio wine.
