Fat: 60.16g | Prot: 126.20g | Carb: 121.10g.   Breakfast: Egg, egg beaters all natural egg whites, gianelli hot italian turkey sausage, GNC cold milled flax seed, pepperidge farm whole grain bread. Lunch:  chicken breast, cape cod kettle cooked reduced fat potato chips, cottage cheese, Hard-Boiled Egg, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Dinner: cape cod kettle cooked reduced fat potato chips, Chicken Drumstick, garden salad, kens lite creamy ceasar dressing. Snacks/Other: 100% Whey Protein, 2% milk, coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), fresh strawberries, pinot grigio wine.
