Lunch: cottage cheese, garden salad, Hard-Boiled Egg, kens lite creamy ceasar salad. Dinner: garden salad, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), kens lite creamy ceasar dressing. Snacks/Other: coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), merlot wine.
