Breakfast: Almond Breeze - Unsweetened Vanilla, Life Cereal. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 42% Lower Sodium Ham, Hard Salted Pretzels, No Sugar Added Mixed Fruit (Del Monte), Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Yellow & White). Dinner: Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten), Root Beer. Snacks/Other: Werther's Original Hard Candy.
