Lunch: Cheddar or American Cheese (Reduced Fat, Pasteurized), creamy ranch dressing, Cucumber (with Peel), deli sliced turkey, Green Olives, Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Dinner: Beef Steak, boneless chicken breast, shrimp. Snacks/Other: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), kashi crackers, Mozzarella Cheese, whitmans chocolate candy.
