Breakfast: butter, cheddar cheese, coffee, deli ham, eggs, onion, truvia. Lunch: cheddar cheese, deli ham, lettuce, Mayonnaise (No Cholesterol), Spinach and Herbs Flour Tortillas. Snacks/Other: baking powder, butter, cinnamon, cream cheese, egg, flax meal, truvia.
