Breakfast: almond milk, oatmeal, parkay. Lunch: blueberries , chicken, lettuce, salas, string cheese, whole wheat toast. Dinner: baby carrots, boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen vegetables, red cabbage, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salad mix, vinegar and oil dressing. Snacks/Other: fat free yogurt braums, flax , splenda, tea, wheat germ.
