Lunch: carrots, chicken breast, dark sweet cherries, parmesan, raspberry vinaigrette, spinach, tomatoes, uncured hickory smoked bacon. Dinner: Basic Biscuit, diced tomatoes, sun dried tomato basil chicken sausage. Snacks/Other: Coffee, Emergen-C, Good Morning Trail Mix, Organic Coconut Sugar (Blonde), Rise Protein Bar (Almond Honey), Ultimate Protein System- Chocolate.
