Fat: 86.13g | Prot: 125.52g | Carb: 208.92g.   Breakfast: Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patty, Kroger provolone cheese, Large Grade A Eggs, nature's pride wheat, Omega 3 Buttery Spread with Olive Oil, Skim Milk. Lunch: baby carrots, Red Tomatoes, romaine lettuce, Shredded Parmesan Cheese. Dinner: Deli fresh slow roasted turkey breast, kraft mayo, Provolone Cheese Slices. Snacks/Other: Banana, Greek Yogurt with Granola - Blueberry (Yoplait), jif peanut butter.
