Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread , becel, coffee with cream and sugar, havarti ja cheese, montreal smoked meat, mustard, Strawberies, water. Dinner: tim horton's blt. Snacks/Other: banana, coffee with cream and sugar, dill pickle dip, honey cruller, Kiwi fruit, lays potato chips.
