Lunch: blue diamond natural almonds, frank's red hot sauce, high fiber low carb tortilla, lucerne blue cheese, lucerne cream cheese, lucerne mozzarella, lucerne pepper jack stick, lucerne sour cream, lucerne string cheese, pistachios, steak-umm, strawberries. Dinner: beef, onion, propel zero. Snacks/Other: blue diamond natural almonds, cashews, coffee, coffee, espresso, espresso, half and half, half and half, premier high protein chocolate shake, Roasted / No Salt Sunflower Nuts, see's nuts and chews, sour cream and onion ruffles, splenda, Super Advanced Whey Isolate - Vanilla Creme.
