Had a carb up day (weekend actually haha) and gained back 7 on the scale. Buuuuuut, the weigh in resulted in a leaner 201 than previous. Goes to show that ...

Breakfast: super advanced whey protein @0715. Lunch: athenos feta fat free cheese, chicken breast, kfc drumstick, kfc grilled thigh, romaine lettuce. Dinner: beef meatball, kraft mayo, sweet baby ray's bbq sauce. Snacks/Other: coffee, premier high protein chocolate shake. postworkout @2100, super advanced whey protein @0930, super advanced whey protein @1445.
