Fat: 44.95g | Prot: 174.22g | Carb: 39.90g.   Breakfast: super advanced whey protein @0715. Lunch: athenos feta fat free cheese, chicken breast, kfc drumstick, kfc grilled thigh, romaine lettuce. Dinner: beef meatball, kraft mayo, sweet baby ray's bbq sauce. Snacks/Other: coffee, premier high protein chocolate shake. postworkout @2100, super advanced whey protein @0930, super advanced whey protein @1445.
