Breakfast: Bacon, Egg, Light Cream, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: chicken drumstick, chicken thighs, pollo factory, ranch dressing, Sugar Free Jello. Dinner: butter, Excellence Extra Fine Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, natural peanut butter, ribeye steak. Snacks/Other: blackberries, broccoli, cauliflower, garden salad.
