Fat: 92.78g | Prot: 61.88g | Carb: 282.78g.   Breakfast: almonds, almonds, banana, coffee, milk, quaker oatmeal, raisins. Lunch: chicken gravy, couscous, greek salad, surimi. Dinner: brown bread roll, chocolate cake, tahini, white wine. Snacks/Other: apple, banana, croissant, water.
