Breakfast: Egg, Rye Bread (Reduced Calorie), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch: Beef or Meat Gravy, Nakkekam med svær, Pickled Beets (Solids and Liquids, Canned), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Dinner: Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Kartoffel både. Snacks/Other: Blackberries, Digestives, Extreme Protein Chocolate Flavor, Milk (Nonfat), Oranges.
