Lunch: Bacon, Chili Con Carne with Beans Entree (Canned), Meat Loaf, Medister, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Dinner: Beef, Flour Tortilla, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Ranch Salad Dressing (Fat Free).
