Breakfast: Egg, Prunes, Reduced Fat American Cheese, Rye Bread, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch: shredded beef, white rice. Dinner: garlic butter bread, Meat Sauce (Side), Whole Wheat Spaghetti (Cooked).
