Lunch: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Strawberries, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: Lite Asian Sesame w Ginger & Soy Dressing, Sweet Potato, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other: Fudge Bars (No Sugar Added), Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor, Milk (Nonfat).
