Breakfast: Quick Cooking Oats, Sugar Free Low Calorie Breakfast Syrup. Lunch: Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup, Frozen wild salmon fillets, Jiffy Corn Bread, Red Skin Golden Idaho Potatoes. Dinner: Avocado , Black Beans, Chicken Breast, Chicken Salad, Soy Beans, Spring Salad Mix, Tofu. Snacks/Other: Cheesecake, Fruit Tart.
