Lunch: Ground ham for sandwiches 100g serving, hamburger roll, mustard brown gulden's. Dinner: Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing, harris teeter pizza, lemon yogurt, spinach. Snacks/Other: dark chocolate, skinny cow vanilla sandwich, smart pop 94%.
