Dinner: deli turkey, lettuce, mcdonalds ice cream, non fat ranch dressing, onion, speedway grilled chicken sandwich, tomato. Snacks/Other: cinnamon graham crackers, healthy choice popcorn, lowfat chocolate pudding, Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips.
