Fat: 24.69g | Prot: 61.07g | Carb: 259.34g.   Breakfast: banana, fiber one cereal. Lunch: apple, cucumber, deli turkey, nickells wheat bread, yoplait light yogurt. Dinner: deli turkey, lettuce, mcdonalds ice cream, non fat ranch dressing, onion, speedway grilled chicken sandwich, tomato. Snacks/Other: cinnamon graham crackers, healthy choice popcorn, lowfat chocolate pudding, Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips.
