Lunch: Bacon, Spinach and Mushroom Casserole, fat free light yogurt, publix, Pretzel -Mesquite BBQ chicken. Dinner: Asparagus, Baby Carrots, Broccoli, Cheddar Veggie Shreds, Green Cabbage, Hot Sauce, Meatless Sausage, Mushrooms, Strawberries, Yogurt Covered Pretzel. Snacks/Other: apple, green tea, Sugar Free Hard Candy, tap water.
