Breakfast: 8th continent soymilk complete vanilla, Chewy Bars - Oats & Caramel, Honey Nut Cheerios, Light Fat Free Vanilla Cherry Yogurt, Strawberries, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla, Tap Water. Lunch: Bacon, Spinach and Mushroom Casserole, fat free light yogurt, publix, Pretzel -Mesquite BBQ chicken. Dinner: Asparagus, Baby Carrots, Broccoli, Cheddar Veggie Shreds, Green Cabbage, Hot Sauce, Meatless Sausage, Mushrooms, Strawberries, Yogurt Covered Pretzel. Snacks/Other: apple, green tea, Sugar Free Hard Candy, tap water.
