Lunch: Apples, Black Forest Ham, Goats Cheese (Soft), greek yogurt 0% FAGE, HONEY, orowheat double fiber, pesto, snap peas, strawberry. Dinner: lentil soup. Snacks/Other: coconut milk, honey bunches of oats.
