Fat: 29.40g | Prot: 33.08g | Carb: 156.26g.   Breakfast:  Grapes, Kellogg's kelloggs rice krispies 30g and 125mls green top milk, Tea with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  Baked Beans, Fried Egg, Pork and Beef Sausage, Water, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Asda smartprice wafer thin cooked ham, burtons wagon wheel, Grapes, Ryvita ryviita crackerbread, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Walkers walkers quavers.
