Lunch: avacado, baby lettuce, chicken breast, grape tomatoes, italian dressing, romaine lettuce, Sweet Onions, yellow bell pepper. Dinner: asparagus, baby lettuce, cauliflower mashed, cucumber, grape tomatoes, hidden valley ranch, romaine lettuce, salmon, Sweet Onions, yellow bell pepper. Snacks/Other: jif lowfat peanut butter, pignoli, pumpkin seeds.
