Fat: 49.29g | Prot: 105.88g | Carb: 183.20g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Blueberries, Coffee, Kashi GOLEAN Crisp! Toasted Berry Crumble, Post Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds. Lunch:  Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Fuji Apples, Giant Eagle Celery Sticks, Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, Simple Truth Double Chocolate Protein Bar, Starbucks Iced Caffe Americano (Tall). Dinner:  Great Value Grape Cranberry Juice, Kirkland Signature Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, Mission Soft Taco Flour Tortillas (Medium), Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.
