Fat: 12.92g | Prot: 30.47g | Carb: 103.33g.   Breakfast:  Chewing Gum, Low Fat Milk, Oats Cereal (Without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched), Tea with Milk, Water. Lunch:  Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Green Leaf Lettuce, Mung Beans (Mature Seeds, Sprouted), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Weight Watchers Leek and Potato Soup. Snacks/Other:  Majans Bhuja, Stewart's Chocolate Lowfat Milk.
