Lunch:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Avocados, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Lettuce, Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Honey Ham. Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Strawberries.
