Lunch:  Archer Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing, Avocados, Cucumber (Peeled), Market Pantry Healthy Smoked Honey Turkey Breast, Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Fit & Active 2% Milk Mild Cheddar Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese, Margarine, Qdoba Mexican Grill Grilled Vegetables, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Chocolate Cupcake with Icing or Filling, Market Pantry Mixed Nuts, PowerBar Triple Threat - Caramel Peanut Fusion, Raisins, Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels.
