Fat: 57.33g | Prot: 87.91g | Carb: 150.79g.   Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, Blueberries, Deli Sliced Gouda Cheese, Fiber Supplement, Hard-Boiled Egg, Multi Grain Cheerios. Lunch: avacado, beets, Shelled Hemp Seed, strawberries, tomato yellow, turnip greens, vanilla yogurt chobani, whey protein. Dinner: Cantaloupe Melons, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Snacks/Other: Graham Crackers, Hazelnut Spread, walnuts.
