First week down & 2 lbs down! So far so good:) I didn't get perfectly all the time, but I have definitely cut back on my daily caloric intake.

Fat: 53.83g | Prot: 58.44g | Carb: 220.47g.   Breakfast:  banana, great value creamy peanut butter, great value grape jelly, great value wheat bread. Lunch:  great value wheat bread, kraft sliced cheese, oscar meyer turkey. Dinner:  baked potato, bisquick, grated cheddar cheese, ground beef chuck, market pantry mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  diet pepsi, oreo cookie, pop weaver gourmet popcorn, string cheese.
