Didn't eat too terribly much, but lots of carbs and not enough protein. Also had 1/2 donut and didn't exercise today.

Breakfast: 1% Milk, Agave Syrup, Banana, Cinnamon, Coffee, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Egg, Egg Whites, French Bread, Stir Fry Vegetables, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: 1% Milk, Brown Rice, Iced Coffee, Light Asian Sesame Dressing Kraft, Salad, salmon. Dinner: 12" Original Crust Pizza - Cheese, Green Beans, Pineapple, Pork. Snacks/Other: Banana, Cocoa Almonds, Dark Chocolate Lindt.
