Fat: 24.59g | Prot: 90.98g | Carb: 399.06g.   Breakfast: franz potato bread, Nonfat Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, plum jam, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch: Barbeque Sauce (Low Sodium, Canned), cucumber, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, peach. Dinner: Bananas, blackberries, Flax Seed Meal, Honey, Natural Raw Wheat Germ, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, peaches. Snacks/Other: Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Organic Chewy Granola Bars - Chococonut, skim chocolate milk, Strawberry Dried Fruit Bar.
