Lunch: 21 Whole Grains Bread, avacado, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Honey Ham, Pink Lady Apples. Dinner: asparagus, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), brocolli, carrot, oil, onion, red bell pepper, sesame oil. Snacks/Other: Natural Butter Popcorn, orange, pickles.
