Breakfast: egg, egg whites, half and half, turkey breakfast sausage. Lunch: chicken, feta, olive oil, shrimp, trader joes whole wheat pasta, trader joes whole wheat pasta. Dinner: arnolds whole grain double fiber bread, eggplant, meatball, olive oil, parmesan, trader joes marinara.
