Fat: 21.24g | Prot: 48.08g | Carb: 221.25g.
Breakfast: banana, blueberries, coffee, Flaxseed, organic oatmeal, strawberries. Lunch: balsamic vinegar newmans own, carrot, mixed salad, spinach, sunflower seeds. Dinner: green chili, organic black beans, organic salsa, spinach. Snacks/Other: cake vegan, CANT, pasta.
