Fat: 81.68g | Prot: 109.39g | Carb: 142.19g.   Breakfast: Hard Boiled Egg Whites, jiff peanut butter, sausage pattie, strawberry yogurt, wheat bread. Lunch: philly cheesesteak. Dinner: bbq ribs, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Broiled). Snacks/Other: hersheys chocolate bar, Honey Roasted Peanuts.
