Fat: 77.10g | Prot: 110.46g | Carb: 262.80g.   Breakfast: Blanched Almonds, Coffee with Milk, Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Oats Cereal (Without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched), Pink Grapefruit Juice, Raisins (Seedless). Lunch: Peaches, Rye bread, tuna, Vegetarian baked beans. Dinner: Corn on cob, Mashed potato, Peas, Sausage. Snacks/Other: Baguette, Bruschetta, sport drink, White Table Wine.
