Lunch: Espresso Coffee, Puy Lentils cooked with sun dried tomatoes & basil, rachel's - FF blackcurrant, seared tuna fillets - sweet thai red chilli, Sugar. Dinner: calippo lemon-lime, Chicken Empanadas, feta & spinach parcels, twister. Snacks/Other: apple, nakd, water.
