Breakfast: Apple Brown Sugar, Bananas, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Pineapple, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch: Basmati Rice, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only), Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner: 1/2 The Fat Mayonnaise, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Tuna in Water (Canned), White Bread. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Peanut Butter Smooth, White Bread.
