Lunch: Baked or Broiled Salmon, Blue & Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing, carrots, citrus sesame dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, radish. Dinner: Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting), Omega 3 Multigrain Penne Pasta, Pinot Noir Wine, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Turkey Meatballs.
