Breakfast: almond milk, apple butter, bee pollen, ground flaxseed, half n half, raisins, sliced almonds, steel cut oatmeal, wheat germ. Lunch: avocado, chicken breast, crystal light lemonade, quinoa. Dinner: avocado, raisins, salmon, Tomato. Snacks/Other: banana, cantaloupe, Cashew Nuts, chicken breast, EGG WHITES, Egg yolk, FFL 7 Sprouted Grain Bread, KOZLWSKI FRM NSA SPRD APL BU, Slim6 lowfat kefir.
