12.2% omron, sounds too low for me, it should be 14% or something. this is the first week back to heavy lifting. yay, time to eat.

Lunch: almond, asparagus trader joes, chicken breast, chicken breast, harvest hodgepodge, quick oats, quinoa, snyders mini pretzel, walnut. Dinner: cottage nonfat alta dena, joes os, mixed nuts, soymilk drink, whey pro henry. Snacks/Other: dark chocolate lovers, egg white, ground turkey, trader joes turkey meatball.
