Breakfast: Apple Brown Sugar, Blueberries, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch: Cherry Tomatoes, Fat Free Chicken Breast, Light Mayonnaise, Low Fat Extra Lean Montreal-Style Smoked Meat, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, White Flour Kaiser Bun. Dinner: Baby Spinach, Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Creamy Poppyseed Dressing, Kaiser Bun.
