Lunch: Almonds , Baby Carrots , Deli Style Shaved Smoked Ham, Dijon Mustard, Figs , Lettuce, Margarine, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Pepperoncini, Rye Bread. Dinner: Brown Rice, Shrimp Stir Fry. Snacks/Other: Low Fat Frozen Yogurt, Old Tyme Pretzels.
