Breakfast: 1% milk, blueberries, cinnamon, EZ-Sweetz (Liquid Sucralose), Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Half and Half Cream, raisins, Regular Coffee, Steel Cut Oats (Blue Menu), Walden Farms Sugar Free Pancake Syrup. Lunch: butter, cucumber, Hillshire Farms Chicken Breast, Hillshire Farms Roast Beef, lettuce, red cabbage, Renee's Gourmet Cucumber Dill Dressing, shredded carrots, Sprouted Grains Bread, tomatoes. Dinner: Dr Kracker Pumpkin Seed Cheddar Flatbread, Kraft Cheddar Slices, Vegetable Soup. Snacks/Other: almonds, Atkins Advantage Cashew Trail Mix Bar, Black Tea Bags, Half & Half Cream.
