Breakfast: coffee, cooked ham, egg, flour, milk. Lunch: feta, lettuce, longgrain rice, tomato, Zucchini. Dinner: carrots, chicken breast, lettuce, spinach, Yoghurt salad dressing . Snacks/Other: Apple, Banana, Bread roll, honey, orange.
