Lunch: Black Beans, Black Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (Peeled) , Dried Cranberries (Sweetened) , Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese, Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen), Mixed Green Salad, Red Wine Vinegar, Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Clams, Cream Cheese Shrimp Dip, Cucumber (Peeled), Italian Bread, Pork Spareribs, Sweet Italian Links Sausage.
