Lunch: broccoli, butter, cauliflower, garlic powder, ground beef, olive oil, worcestershire, yellow mustard. Dinner: butter, egg, Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef or Patty. Snacks/Other: darigold heavy whipping cream, kirkland frozen berries, kirkland pecans, mauna loa macadamia nuts, tillamook swiss cheese.
