Dinner: Peeled new potatoes in water, Sainsburys basics carrot and borccoli, Skinless chicken fillets. Snacks/Other: apple, Bananas, Grapes, Kiwi Fruit, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Summer strawberry (from powder).
